I'm Soohan Park (박수한).
I started in 2020 on the mobile business team at Hana Financial TI, and have since widened into smart contract auditing, core backend, live infrastructure, wallet and transaction security, and architecture design. After CJ OliveNetworks NFT Lab I joined NEXPACE Limited, where since 2022 I have been building the blockchain platform behind MapleStory Universe. I'm currently based in Abu Dhabi.
I've operated Avalanche subnet archive nodes and live services on Kubernetes (EKS).
I care about blockchain technology, but just as much about the whole arc that follows — services designed, deployed, surviving failure, and staying operable for years.
I like building new things and taking on work I haven't done before.

NEXON Avalanche archive node infrastructure · 2025 –
Built and operate three kinds of Avalanche and subnet archive nodes, from EC2 setup through node registration and dockerization. For the Fortuna and Granite subnet upgrades I handled the node updates and the mainnet rollout.
NEXON Live infrastructure and operations · 2023 –
Owned the production LIVE EKS cluster end to end, from request through configuration, then hardened it — preStop hooks across every service, failover testing, standardized health checks, and org-wide gRPC keepalive and DNS resolver settings. Introduced Datadog to the team and grew it into tracing, alerting, and dashboards for every service. Starting with deploy automation, I moved recurring operational work onto an internal operations dashboard.
NEXON Performance testing and load verification · 2023 – 2026
On the team's Avalanche subnet performance tests I ran the per-round planning, executed the tests, and wrote the reports (2–3 weeks of preparation and 1–2 weeks of execution per round). Cases ranged from hundreds of TPS of transaction load to tens of thousands of TPS of read load, including multi-day soak runs. A stuck-transaction symptom found during testing led me to a pipeline bottleneck, and the operational baselines — such as the minimum RPC node count for live — were set here. I then built the gRPC load testing tool the team uses.
NEXON Seed Factory · 2023 –
Designed, shipped, and have operated for four years a verifiable on-chain randomness (ECVRF) service used for item enhancement. In 2025 I rolled out encryption of seeds and proofs with zero downtime.
CJ PFP NFT smart contracts and operations tooling · 2022
Developed ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFT smart contracts with a proxy-based upgrade structure. Implemented fully on-chain NFTs, plus the tooling a project needs to operate — holder snapshots and ownership verification, IPFS uploads, and a randomness oracle. Also automated contract deployment and management with Hardhat and Ethers.js.
CJ ChainOne and CJ Logistics pharmaceutical supply chain · 2021
Built ChainOne, a private blockchain network on AWS Managed Blockchain and Hyperledger
Fabric, and applied it to CJ Logistics' pharmaceutical supply chain system.
Wrote the Golang chaincode and the Java/Spring API server that connect the logistics
system to the blockchain network.
HANA PIST, LifeCheck, and Hana Life Open API · 2020
Supported frontend development for an insurance diagnosis and recommendation service and for LifeCheck, and developed the Hana Life Open API. Also wrote the PIST app IA and supported business and project management.
